The Doors Pub is cool....I like going to the Lazy Flamingo too, and Ceilidh House. Lots of good places in Hess Village.

Hey everyone!!!! I was at the toronto show august 5th.... AMAZING!!!!

Now since I live on the east mountain in Hamilton I'd be stupid if I didn't go to the Copps show. So.... I basically picked up 10 GA tickets to the show. Sold em to all my friends and now I am going to be rolling with a 10 person GA crew at Nails lol.

Either way, I'd recommend a few places if everyone wanted to have a pre concert meet up. There are tons of bars around copps coliseum, you have "The honest lawyer" which is around the corner from copps like a minute away. I would assume it would be pretty chill there before the show... Or you can take a walk towards Hess Village which would be okay... I'd recomend for a bunch of nails fans either the doors or che, the only problem with Hess is the lack of bar space... There are tons and tons of bars on hess, but they are all very very very tiny... Not to mention it will be November 14th, so it will be wayyyy to cold to hang out on the padio.

Another place you COULD go to is "The london taphouse" its more of a resurant/niteclub, but it has 4 floors of space and it is really nice looking there, but once again we are all nails fans going to a concert, not a night club. Either way you can probably get a spot there for some food and beer. Its on the corner of John St. and Main.

The last place I'd recommend would be "Absinthe" which is on King william, go east down king william if your on the corner of bay and king william (right near copps) its about a 15min walk from copps, but there aren't too many tables or seats. Its basically just a grab a beer and stand around type of place.

If anyone needs to know anything about Hamilton let me know. Besides bus schedules and crap. I drive. Also I was going to suggest some sort of After Concert Party somewhere, I was going to throw a house party but even a quarter of the people who go to the concert would probably way overfill my house and there would be people all over the streets..

I was going to suggest we get Trent and his crew out for a couple drinks after too, but no body is allowed to harass them with questions and stupid crap. Let them talk to you lol, if everyone agrees to that, then we should try to round up TR and the boys aswell. grinning smiley However I;m almost positive they'd be more down with a house party then a bar anyways smiling smiley

Hey guys, wanna come to a hamilton house party lmao!!!

G'day!
Only a few months late, but I guess it's about time this thread was revived, because we're Torontians... and we live in igloos... and ride moose to work... which involves creating dams alongside the beavers. HELLZ YEAH! :-P :-P

Sorry fellow Torontians/Canadians for revealing our ACTUAL lifestyle. I know we all took an oath to keep it hush-hush, but aphrodite-damn! I think it's about time... especially since we're attempting to brighten our image by sawing off Quebec and pushing them into the Atlantic with hopes that it will get sucked into a whirlpool. *shifty eyes*

I kid, I kid. :-P

Actually, since my car can't seem to weave through the clusterfuck of construction on dufferin, a moose could be a good idea...
