I think thats the only reason we got any money at all; clearly his wife knows nothing about what's been going on (including an attempt late last night to get into her room...) so I think he managed to persuade his wife to hand over half now.

@sonia: I think you are both right.
hopefully a letter demanding the remainder to be paid with legal implications to follow will be enough to make him lose some serious sleep... just as we were leaving, we got a text from a friend who works in bankruptcy: if he fails to pay up, apparently the court can force him into bankruptcy, just for £150!!! guess what we're gonna be doing over the next few days...

I was just reading the UK festivals thread, it's a complete bunfight.... I truly hope what I've heard comes to fruition, then I think people will be mostly happy It seems NIN have been confirmed for Sonisphere but it appears not JA?! Someone is claiming NIN are playing Reading/Leeds & T in the park but that just doesn;t look very likely *shrugs*

It's appalling what goes on nowadays and how the 'innocent' are screwed by the unscrupulous but quite often redress isn't always possible. IT STINKS .... and thanks sonia. So do I - but I'm scared to hell right now of what the future holds | |

LiTS, (which was a superbly elaborate tour) tix were $45 to $55 as a comparison... So IF this is an amphitheatre, i am guessing the $36 is for LAWN, which SUCKS...and the $150 are for anything remotely good. Wonder what the pit costs?

BTW, completely forgot to mention that i do believe Nine Inch Nails is well worth $150....my rant was more to do with the fact of my own poor circumstances in regards to downgrading from 2 shows to 1, and now, to possibly not going to any.

I really, really, really hope that there will be some non-festival gigs lined up for the European/British part of the tour. I absolutely HATE festivals and v. much doubt I will be able to go if that's our only NIN Gig Option. I think I echo a fair few bods in here when I say that shelling out £100+ just to see a couple of bands is not value-for-money IMVHO...
