Y15,000 lighter on my credit card (around £100) and a pissed-off R... but it's so gonna be worth it!!! Ciggies are stupid-cheap here: Y300 for a pack of 20, roughly £2!!! beer is relatively cheap too: buy a can from the store, its about Y300, or a big glass in a bar for around Y600 (ok, so it's not cheap to drink out, but what the hell )

I fly out 9am on Friday so have the 'joy' of a 1am coach to Heathrow, so I'm gonna try and sleep 2mz afternoon/evening, or not as the case may be as it's Bonfire night :-/ And yes, of course I'll give her a BIG hug from you. Safe journey home azzie! | |

lolz, i very nearly DID get lost in Tokyo!!
Made it to the airport with only 30 mins to spare; was a completely mad rush to get to the gate, just as everyone started boarding... well, anyhow, I'm back home now, had several soothing cups of green tea to unwind after the hell that is international travel. & it's back to reality.. | |

it's stupid o'clock but my body feels like it's still in Japan.. it's afternoon there already, & my body has demanded that I get up & feed it coffee. | |

well, this sucks. i am supposed to be doing a long-term sick cover next week, but the guy in charge at the school is off sick!!!
so no-one has any information for me..

Well, now they think it's a torn cartilage caused by the extra bits of bone growing on my hip, wont know until I have the MRI scan (whenever that'll be).
Thoroughly fed up with it now....I wish they'd hurry it all up and get it over and done with. I have a walking stick now to help me get around (don't now what work will think of that!) but atleast it gives mr fij the opportunity to take the piss out of me | |

walking sticks are always fun; i remember having one when I first sprained my ankle on a drunken night out (I was only 20..)
enjoy it, & mr Fij gets out of line, you can always brandish it menacingly.. | |
