Probably the only other guitar I would want would be the Moog guitar, but they are so ridiculously overpriced/expensive. Still, the auto sustain on all strings thing just seems so cool. I'd rather get a Buchla analog synth for that kind of money though... -D

It has differently shaped pickguard, different head, neck from different wood, and it hasn't got Bigsby. Its volume and tone controls are also in different place and I actually think he has a singlecoil pickup near to the neck (it might be minihumbucker though, I think I even heard in the video where he is speaking with the manucrafter about it it has two HB's). Yeah, as you can see, I'm a big fan of John's guitar. However, this is still a beatiful piece of work :]

There is one at my local guitar shop, and I play it every time I go over there! It's only $650! The guitar above is Manson modded. You can tell because of the fuzz, pickups, mirror pickguard, and extra knobs!

I really, really love Strats, I think that'll always be my main axe, although I think my current affair is running out of love If I had the cash, I'd have one strat with regular single coil pickups and a phase switch on the middle pickup (mate has that on an old Ibanez, that sounds sweet), and maybe another one with something like Seymour Duncan Hot Rails pickups (with phase switches on all pickups). I'd love a Gretsch Silverjet as a spare, though, and/or a Les Paul - in either case with a Bigsby. And possibly with a phase switch. But what the hell, Matt Bellamy's guitar, yeah, I'm pretty sure I could have one hell of a lot of fun with that until the batteries run out XD

Gibson "Goldburst" Les Paul "Custom 2": -EMG 81/82s -Kahler locking tremolo system -LP Custom headstock and body binding -No fret inlays -Aged rosewood fretboard -Solid mahogany body and neck (no standard carved LP top) -Shoulder and ribcage contouring -Black hardware -Dual switches for more tonal range -One direct tone knob, one direct volume knob (both pickups are wired to these two knobs) As far as something more obtainable: a Gibson Silverburst LP reissue. LOVE IT. the sound is incredible. not mention its bright orange. clear pic graude and lots of chrome. You can go in many directions with the sound. From pretty and clean, to super raunchy and loud.
