Thanks anonymous poster!

But seriously folks. My only major whine is that I lack the tools at home to do this sort of thing Justice.

Hopefully the raw footage will still exist this summer when I can buy a Mac and Finakl cut. (Learning to use both now in school, mega sweet.)

Thanks again this is absolutely amazing.

Even though I saw NIN 11 times in 2008, I really wanted to go the the December 7th show - my 50th birthday. Sadly, the great distance between New York and Oregon, and the lack of practicality of the matter, prevented my birthday wish from coming true.

Now, it has. Now I will OWN the show. I can make make my very own video, where I get to focus on all MY favorite moments. I can't wait.

Step one: download the software
Step two: download the portland show
Step three: hope my Mac can handle it.

We'll find out…eventually.

Tried opening this in VLC Media player and I have no audio. I use a PC, anyone have any suggestions? Do I need a plugin for Quicktime or Adobe Premier. Or am I fucked since I'm not using a Mac?

Make sure you have the newest version of VLC (0.9.8a). I can play it in VLC and I'm not even done with one damn file, though I had to wait a while into the download for the audio to work (coincidence maybe? who knows).

2.3% here! GO GO GO!

I'll probably be willing to buy 500gig drives and send this to people who cant DL it. I'd charge for cost-coverage, but it wouldnt be anything too difficult for me. :-)

I think it would be smarter if one of us mailed one USB drive (with the 405GB ) to a user in AUS, then that AUS user would make copies of the drive and take care of distribution within AUS. That would cut down on shipping time and cost. Regardless, I'll have all 405GB's in 5 days, just started downloading everything tonight. I'm loving it that FIOS has no bandwidth cap!

I'm going to Oz in the last week of feb, although thats still a ways away... I was thinking I'd take a few copies when I go. It would be fitting, since I'm going to try to get some tickets to the Melbourne NIN show. Arrange some meet-ups and/or distribution from there as needed.

No, this is just from part 1 of the Victoria show. It's the only one that's been completely downloaded and ripped.

I'm listening to the audio now, ScreamingSlave, and it's wonderful even with my crappy pc speakers. smileys with beer Thank you so much. I am so looking forward to having video to go along with this, not to mention finally seeing NIN live for the first time this spring. Another big thank you to those with the space, equipment, and technical savvy to make the dvds.

I'm not a wizard at the video part, but the audio was quite simple to extract. I hope to see the finished product too. I think it's going to be great, if so many people mix/edit etc.. there will be tons of different versions, diff. editing etc. This is just awesome! :-)

Wonderful audio. March of the pigs => Head Down, Frail/Wretched, DESTROY me.

I am so excited that this gift has been made available to us. Audio only versions are essential a la halo 17, imo.

If only Trent would record a still style session with some ghosts, yz, and the slip tracks. That would destroy me.

I ripped them FIRST!

Lol, I don't give a damn. Just being a douchebag.

Anyway, these are wav, and have been substantially cleaned of all clipping and noise: [www.sendspace.com]

I especially like the fact they already have it preloaded to work in Final Cut Pro. That is fantastic. Now I just have to wait for the footage to download. Luckly my ISP has no caps (Yes I am lucky)
