Even though I am still seeding these torrents why am I still downloading, when I have already completed it? (slow rate like 0.1->1.2 kb/s?) Does it mean that there are some hashed data that I have not aquired yet? Because when I watch the Portland Footage on my windows the audio is choppy. (using VLC player with the FFMpeg Deux.) I am guessing that the data is all there but its windows so thats why it sucks. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

I would like to know something else about this material (which i wolud certainly download right now): is there some kind of contest or deadline in it? Is it just for fun? for myself and my friends ("hey look the new nin concert!!!! I've edited myself!! cool isn't it?" ? becouse any of the options are good to me. Trent had to have know that the people who can edit effectively, re-code or work such massive raw video files vs. the amount of NIN obsessives who will try and download it regardless of the absurd file size is like 1 in 5,000. I think the entire thing is pointless unless someone can edit the movies into like 12gb 1080p mkv or x264 encodes. That would be huge, but at least it would be something most people realistically could download.

And seeding with a limit of 100 kb/s. @abbeynormal: I was using Transmission to download these torrents but I starded using Vuze like a week ago and the downloads are going a lot faster now! I've tried the avanti, vlc and other methods and nothing really worked 100% as far as quality/space. i have found xilisoft to be very useful in down converting to SD.i am doing so right now. and so far there seems to be at least 20% quality loss.however I'm guessing for people who just wanna mess around with the footage (like i initially did) it's really not a problem. currently the conversion is looking OK.but its only camera angle 1 so =/ ill update later

Trent is giving us an opportunity to have "something we can never have". As I recall, the whole point was to flip the proverbial bird to those bastards that seek to suppress and control the release of artistic material....Trent's material. I would do the same thing and wouldn't care if I uploaded 1TB of material for fans to download. The files sizes are not absurd, it's much more important that the resolution of the audio and video be preserved regardless of who has the patience and current Technology to download the files.
