Just for fair warning, you're probably going to want to clear way for at least 5.5 gigs of space for the DL DVD - which is far superior to the SD because of the clear difference in resolution. You can really tell that the single layer dvd is down res'd when you can see pixels that just aren't there in the double layer dvd. If you want a good PC viewing file, download the Apple TV file - which is 4.5 gigs.

I know. Don't have much money though. And getting places isn't easy (for reasons that really doesn't need much explaining). I'll get one eventually and just redownload the DL version

It looks like these couple of Blu-Ray bugs can't be resolved in a day, but it was decided that we shouldn't let it hold up the release date. I'll post more details as soon as I get updated.

Hoping to roll them out in the format they were requested from that survey that was run over the summer - DLDVD (single layer has been made too, but DL is highly recommended for better quality) High quality computer format (it's a mov by the looks of it), Youtube/iPod. Then all the rest. You can take care of then dispersing it into a million other formats.

Does that sound ok?

Rough file sizes:

iPod: 1.5GB
Playstation (1280x720): 3.5GB
SL DVD: 4GB
Apple TV (1280x720): 4.5GB
DL DVD: 6.5GB
Computer version (1920x1080): 9GB

And of course youtube is streaming.



@shinkinrui - yeah but the proper resolution version wasn't up. if you printed out the image on the website it would have looked awful!

This probably isnt the place but Im hoping somone may help me, have just found MP3 audio of the 4 new video NIN just uploaded, its brilliant, does anyone know where i can get previous MP3 versions of NIN video uploads (EG Cars with Gary Numan, or the stuff with Dillinger)? id just like to collect them all for my Ipod.

I would probably like to create a DVD compilation of all those HD videos, but they've filmed so much stuff that I'll wait until we get confirmation that they won't be uploading any new ones before authoring a DVD. Otherwise we'll have to put out a new DVD everytime they upload a video...

thank you for your cordial reply, as I deal with 8 countries every single day at work, I acknowledge the time differences among a world-wide cast of seeders...who I truly admire for their willingness to help...the base question was where the seed links would be...I'm like you...can't wait to wake up on the 25th and start downloading my Christmas present!
