Complaints were made against him though the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which is run in part through the FBI. Eventually the complaints were forwarded to Utah state authorities, who took action against the guy, and he was slapped with huge fines (much more than the cost of what he stole). You can do the same thing to Sasan/Synthetikz, who took your money. Frankly, I'm shocked he has not offered refunds to everyone, since on the project Web site he identifies himself as a litigation attorney -- if the i3c/FBI/California authorities get ahold of him, he could face serious professional sanctions as an attorney. When the Utah authorities went after the Faction guy, they gave him a specific amount of time to fill all his orders and avoid any sanctions. He failed, and was then fined. Sasan can avoid any actions by authorities by simply finishing the DVD and sending it to all the people who sent him money. Or give them their money back. It's been almost two years since money was first taken from people, and months and months since any communication with customers... after people have BEGGED for it. Do you actually think any of the above is unreasonable?

Although my DVR didn't tape it all at 2:30 Am or whatever because of the rain , I did get to see the rest on Fox. I bet Vettel was pissed. The announcers made no mention of the incident whatsoever. One minute he was in 4th and then he was in 12th. I am thrilled Alonso won. My blood still runs Ferrari red! Did anyone else miss Kimi's mumbling?
