UPDATE ABOUT THE PROJECT: 06-22-2011
It is with great disappointment that I have to say this but I have been waiting a week to make sure I can say this without backtracking. This project, as of of 06-15-2011 is dead. I feel terrible for having to say this but the drive that contained all of the video footage from my sources failed and failed hard. About 06-14 the drive started unmounting and changing permissions on files and new data could not be written to the drive. The next day I did a scan with Drive Genius which showed large amounts of corrupt data and blocks - essentially the drive had become unreadable. I have tried for the past week to get it in to some sort of working read only condition to no available. I have been in contact with LaCie about data recovery which is being priced at $1,000+ with a very slim chance of recovering the data entirely.
I am very sorry about this, it's beyond my control and for all those who are going to say "You should have bought a second drive for a backup!" Yea, I should have and yea that would have fixed the problem but unless I can pull one out of my ass, I don't see money for a new drive coming up anytime soon when you're living paycheck to paycheck catching up on student debt and tuition.

I would like to thank all the people who contributed footage to this project and I am deeply sorry about the current status it's in. The current website will not be renewed in 4 months and all remnants will be in this post and the YouTube account.
