Anyway, I'm currently putting together an online portfolio for my art, and I was just wondering if I would be able to play some NIN on the site? It's a flash site, so they shouldn't be able to be downloaded. I can provide a track list, if the rules are different for different albums. Thanks.

I am in a music college, and one of my projects in my rhythm class is to find a rhythm that intrigues us and teach it to our class.I have chosen March of the Pigs from TDS. It states on Ninwiki that March of the Pigs (the drumbeat, anyway) has 2 measures of 7/8 and one measure of 4/4, and then two measures of 7/8 and one measure of 4/4, and so repeats. I understand the dilemma that wikis put forth in that the information is not entirely set in stone and can be slightly off at times, which is why I'm attempting to clarify, and hopefully find a decent notation of the drum part, if not the song itself. If someone can help me I will be very grateful. Trent, if you read this, it would be very awesome if you could help if you can.

And if you listen to the live outro, it's taken from All The Pigs, All Lined Up which stays in 4/4. I'm afraid to say I don't know of any official or unofficial notations, sorry.

seasonsinthesky member deluxe audio nerd Joined: 11/27/07 Location: the wide open killingfiel Posts: 778	^ actually, i'm pretty sure the live ending takes parts of the All the Pigs, All Lined Up ending but keeps it in 29/8, like the verses (but someone should check and verify, because i'm really bad at time signatures and subdividing time!). anyway, all you have to do is count it out – it may get a bit muddy once the guitars and vocals kick in, but you get several bars of the drum/percussion loop and bassline to practice on (or loop yourself). it runs at 269 (or 134.5) BPM.

If The Hand That Feeds isn't on her site, you can contact her using the address above she will accommodate if possible. By the way, it's all free. If she can't help, she should be able to direct you to someone who can. If all else fails find a conversion chart from guitar to keys.

Love is not enough, We're in this together, Piggy ...have all been questions of mine. "Something I can never have" and "Sin" were fairly transparent the first time I heard them. Wasn't really a need to know question, just one of those things ya know
