Well, you're lucky to get that much with 5 bucks here in America.

Obviously you are a frugal shopper Trent. I would gladly pay something as common as 5 bucks as well to see three happy priceless faces. They will remeber you till the end of their lives.grinning smiley

the guy at the back looks pissed off. I hope he got his share. judging by his demeanour, he'd be ready to lamp the two others if he didn't.

Keep enjoying your trip in South America! Is easy to tell that those kids are 100% venezuelan.... playing with money... how long will their innocence be with them?

What are you thinking about the year zero concept in this part of the world? I think we are already in 2022. The Beginning Of The End tells a lot on how things are now around here.

BTW > Amazing show in Santiago, Chile. Thanks for coming and share your music with us

We don't to be here talking about the situation in Venezuela or any place in South America.

yeah, this is getting odd, forget about the five bucks, let the picture talk for itself, enjoy the post, good or bad, but don´t make a world around, i think not all things contains deep messages inside, more than the obvious....

and i totally agree with you, luis! : )

What did you mean with that?

10/07/08 12:25 PM

Trent- great pic as always!

A PICTUE IS WORTH A 1000 WORDS! To these kids, five bucks is a lot of money!! I would challenge anyone to travel outside of anglo-saxen material world and just see how the rest of the world ticks!

In Montego Bay, I worked with children that lived in grass huts with no floor and sometimes no roof. But were they happy? HELL YES! Would we be as happy with "nothing" . . . . .hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

10/07/08 12:59 PM

put em to work trent

they seem happy you noticed their talent! Kids that are pure and can smile may have more talent for the world to hear than 100 Kanye West.

I really would rather hear the kids and their beats more than half the crap that saturates the airwaves and TV.

cute as hell they are as well!

you made their day, how so very sweet you are

Looks like a badass new rap group. The front guy with the money is the hype man, the one in the middle is the tallent, and the guy in the back with the ring is the one who runs shit.

Don't jinx it by saying that Mccain one, at least make him work at stealing the vote. Y para los venezolanos, que quieren regresar el poder a la gente acomodada de las cupulas de poder? por eso tienen empresas y ya no son gobernantes? o querian el poder sexual.
Baby Castro should have elections though, you can still be a democrat and a socialist. Like Allende.

s for NIN, this socialist has an idea of adding Trey Gunn to the lineup on double warr guitar. He recently worked on the puscifer record but didn't make it to the final cut.
Also Trent I think you should work on piano with Philip Glass.

Well, I just HAD to add a note to this. Teotihuacán is definitely worth seeing and is an extraordinarily beautiful city. I dare anybody to climb to the top of the Sun Pyramid breathing regularly. ANYWAY Avinelek, the pyramid you are talking about is the Temple of Kukulcán in the Ruins of the city of Chichén Itzá... in the Yucatán peninsula. And the phenomenon you are talking about occurs only twice a year during the dusk of the equinox of spring and fall. It certainly is a must see. But not in the surrounding areas of Mexico City.

I am an extremely proud Mexican so... there sorry if it seems bitchy and/or nerdy.[/quote]

Don't be sorry for sounding bitchy and/or nerdy. I should be the one to apologize. I saw so many temples on my trip down to Mexico for Archaeology I must have gotten them mixed up; just don't inform my arch/anth profs. about the mix up!

Ya know it amazes me..there are literally like 1/4 of a million registered users here...there are currently (as of this typing) about 2-2500 of us on line and farting around in ninland as we speak...that is a lot of electricy flying through those severs... CO-WELL!

SO...what'cha guys (NIN) up to today???

Can we get a new pic in the next millenium??? grinning smiley

10/07/08 3:49 PM

I'm still in shock.
Everything was beautiful and brutal.
NIN is now at the highest point of art.
For all of us the show was more than a rock concert, was like live intensely the future of music.
Thanks to Trent, Rob, Justin, Josh and Alessandro!
And please, come back soon!
