AS somebody who was at the hordern show in sydney I was fortunate to get home around 2 in the morning after the power fiasco. Trent you are a legend, I saw the footage of what happened behind the scenes and you captured the thoughts of those of us in the crowd. Me and miss Tania were next to the mixing board went he power went off and your crew were very good to us during the 40 mins of waiting. They offered us water to help with the heat ( which we could not even buy as all the beverage counters were locked (absolute disgrace for this venue - what did they think would happen with so many people locked up and so fucking hot) kudos to your crew - we thank you. and hope you thank them. as for part 2 of the show - truly magnificent and memorable in all respects, after a 40 minute brake and the tension of a crowd that may have rioted if it was cancelled. your concept of what you fans would have expected was dead on ( as the realeased vidoe showed) and to then come out and just blow us all away shows what a great musical act NIN2009 really is. WE were on a buzz for almost a week after. The tour ahead should only be described as the most professional live band currently touring the globe. I went to soUnd wave and was so impressed with that set but totally blown away with the hordern one ( pity we did not get the Encore - but hey shit happens I especially like the set list as it was not all "hits" and had some very interesting interpretations of much loved tracks as well as all the recent slip tracks. I would have loved to hear a couple from ghosts but then again it was a rock concert not a Tea party. What i would give to see you again before you disappear and cant give a high enough rap to anyone thinking of going to see you on the rest of your current world tour. Dont think about it do it before it's gone thanks for a memory that will stay with me for a long time. have a great brake and see you in the future. I was curious about the delays so I checked the Sydney airport website, and the only flight that seemed to match left at 9pm. It's now 10:25pm in Sydney.
