No because they're not fucking part of this tour dumb shit.
you stop being insulting, ok? yes, JA are part of this tour, for some dates - including the London date many people here seem to be interested in.

So the question holds: is this the same for European dates?

(not that I really care - the important thing is that I get to see both bands - but some people do)
It's common fucking sense, people are so god damn misinformed..insulting? HAH!

Euro leg is a NIN tour KEYWORD NIN!, this is a NINJA tour get it through your thick skull.

The fact that Janes share some dates overseas is because they like QOTSA and any other opening bands in the past are just that, they're opening or supporting. It's not a special tour It's just some nin shows in europe maybe apart of some festivals here and there but that's it and it's obvious festivals cater to dozens of bands so asking a question like that and knowing the difference between this tour and shows in Europe is just ignorant in that sense.

It doesn't matter if it's written in every fucking color out there it's a clear fact that no one can bloody read anymore.

You're a raging douchebag. Sodomise yourself with a steak-knife as soon as possible. TIA.
LMFAO and this just enforces my claims.

Cool. I can stand up, maybe fight to get on the rail for NIN and chill out in the back for Janes.

I encourage everybody to stay for Jane's Addiction. There's nothing like seeing a band live, and even though you think you hate them, upon seeing them live you might change your mind. And plus, what if NIN comes back out at the end of Jane's set? You'll be kicking yourself!

So please, stay. Stay for me, because I would love to see Jane's and I can't. (I'm going to the Chicago show, and can't afford tickets to Lollapalooza to see Jane's.)

This is my case as well, they are so expensive, was really excited about the original lineup. And really disappointed when I found out they went coming because of it. But may have done it due to the time constraints that stupid outdoor venue is putting on them.

Holy SHIT, what is wrong with you people? Who gives a fuck who plays when? How does that matter, seriously? Some of you (CasualJesus) actually saying you're not going to go just because there will still be another band playing after the almighty NINE INCH NAILS? They're playing the same songs, they're playing for the same amount of time. Trent Reznor is still going to be there. But just on general principle, you're upset that once they play "Hurt" and get off the stage, Jane's Addiction will start playing 15 minutes later? OH MY GOD THE DRAMA. You people are idiots. Fine, don't go, like anyone's really going to miss your dumb ass.

Quote for mother fucking emphasis.
and again!

Dear Meathead: God bless you.

And to anyone who's bitching: I'm still looking for a ticket for Toronto. A seated one. So if it's really pissing you that much that Jane's going to play last, just sell me your ticket. Thanks

Shoo fly.

Everyone should be happy that at least NIN is playing the same approximate amount of time as JA will be. That's all that ACTUALLY matters. Christ!

There was always a good chance that JA would be the technical headliner, but in reality this is what you heard from the beginning--COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING, COHEADLINING.

(And so on.)

This shouldn't be shocking.

oh really? then why was the majority of the information about the tour coming from the NIN camp? My golly!! Whatever would have given us the idea that JA might possibly open for NIN. Come on...

Maybe because this whole tour was Trent's idea, and this is how he wants to present the show to us. That is why any news that we have been getting is from "NIN's" camp.

HELLO? ANYBODY THERE? Apparently you amongst many others here have been dismissing any posts about the credibility of Jane's and obviously that is something of importance to Trent as well, as it should be since in a way without THEM he would not be what he is today.

Go cry. I'm outie 1,000,000.

04/28/09 6:00 PM

I am so happy Jane's Addiction is playing last. I realize that technically Nine Inch Nails is probably a bigger band right now. But Jane's Addiction gave Nine Inch Nails their first break by taking them on the Lollapaloosa tour and Trent respects this. I applaud Trent and think it's the classiest move possble.

Personally Jane's Addiction is my favorite band of all time and I've seen them live many times including recently. if you leave the show before Jane's goes on I think you are a foll with no musical taste and no appreciation for the history of music.

I want to be respectful to Trent but I believe Jane's will blow them away every night. But I am coming early to enjoy Nine Inch Nails just the same. I do love most of their music.

By all means, those of you who want to leave early, please do. It will be much easier to drive home instead of waiting for two hours to get out of the damn venues, sitting in traffic that isn't fucking moving.

FYI, you can probably mosey on up to the lawn after NIN plays. There were times when I had closer seats and friends had lawn seats, and I was able to go to the lawn to chill with them for a little bit. There's no harm in trying. (:

LMAO, This might be the first time security has to try to keep the pit/seats people from going to the lawn.

From someone who can't go to any of the NINJA shows...

please...SHUT THE FUCK UP WITH YOUR WHINING!!!!

I'd give anything to be able to see NIN, even if it was 9 AM in the morning for 30 minutes.

Jesus fuck people, you get to see them, and some of you will be seeing them multiple times... which is more than some other people.

ETA..you're embarrassing yourselves.

So fucking excited that I'm seeing two NIN/JA shows no matter who is on first, last, top, bottom, sideways or what the fuck ever. They will both be there and so will I and that's all that matters to me and we've been promised and amazing show with surprises all along and I have no doubt that Trent will deliver what he has promised and this obviously was part of his plan so to me it's one of his awesome surprises and I can't wait to see what else is in store for us. NO leaving early for this girl.

The reason JA isn't playing the Chicago show is because they are at Lolla. There is a rule that any band playing Lolla can not play at any Chicago venues 3 months prior or after Lolla.
