Sources close to Atkins say the audio will be released to public, but of course it'll be awesome if the person who buys it makes another rip. Just to compare and decide which sounds better, because equipment plays big role in playing tapes (i hope they got a good deck with minimal left-right jitter because if converted to mp3 it can turn out sounding awful even on highest bitrates!)

And let it be said that I'm unhappy about the lack of Non-Entity multis either. (I have yelled out the window at Trent many a time and only gotten strange glares from people.) I just feel like people shouldn't say things if they're not going to deliver.

Maybe the buyer said he wouldn't pay if the tracks were released? I'm more annoyed at the buyer for not even trying to make them available, even for money, than I am at the seller.
