I participated in The World's Greatest Shave for about the 5th or 6th year, I've lost count. It's organised by The Leukemia Foundation each year to raise money for leukemia research. You make a donation and can either have your head shaved or your hair coloured. I was the only female at the venue where I was to have my head shaved, so they gave me a free bottle of wine. Good wine, too. Joan, you are amazing. Not only do you look DAMN good with short hair but, you continue to support this awesome cause. You really are an awesome person.

You're damn right I got beef... I got beef in my pants! As for my hair, it's actually slightly longer than it looks because it's kind of swept back. I've been letting it grow more or less for a few months, but I try to keep it somewhat trimmed and neat. I think you could rock the hell out of some long hair, dude. If you have the patience to work out to get ripped, you can certainly grow your hair
