Maybe your sup is intrigued with your methods & wants a better understanding, of this fascinating & alternative option you bestow. Give yourself more credit woman!! Its common to take feedback as criticism as a lot of ppl dont take sensitivity into consideration when applying the feedback. Some ppl r also tough to work with, & you are smart for keeping a log, but at home? Don't take your work stress home as you deserve happiness. Good to look out for yourself, tho.Im just speaking from experiences. Shitlist's suck. I've written a few & I am sure that I have been on a few too

Actually I think that certain people are just pissed that I've caught them on doing a few things that are not in line with procedure and they're trying to back paddle and make it look like I'm the one that needs correction. They've ignored a couple of things that I've felt compromise patient safety, and I feel that one person is intentionally trying to undermine my credibility to make herself look indispensable so they won't take away any of her hours, because she's only working as needed since she's a retiree and likes the cash flow coming in from continuing to work. I'm only keeping my "ammunition" so to speak, physically at home, because I have no where at work to keep it where it won't "disappear" on me, as things sometimes do.
But, my ultimate plan is to be out of there in about 3 years or so. My daughter will be graduating high school and going off to college, and at that point, there'll be nothing really keeping me in my present place--at work or home. I'm completely open to relocating to provide a place for her to live while in college, and that would mean a change in jobs, which is fine, because after 24 years at the same place, I'm more and more feeling like I've already overstayed my welcome there.
The next part is convincing the husband of all that or possibly moving on by myself, because there's other issues involved in that area, too.
