But there is something I don't get: If I were Reznor, and tried to help my wife, I would have given her totally distinct sound. Don't get me wrong, I like what is happening, because it has the NIN feel to it, so I can't wait for something to be released this summer, but at the same time I am a little bit confused. I think it's just meant to combine their effort into a new name.. I think the clip they chose was intentional, it shows a strong, familiar NIN sound that you'd swear was something off YZ2 and then it pans over to show her fingers at the controls.. I think this was probably meant to assure fans that a NIN style was VERY present but that it will be a melding of the two.. her vocals ( and perhaps his as well ) and the NIN musical style.. I think it will probably focus on her vocals though, being that she's the focus of the photo. You have the NIN style site, you have the NIN style musical sound, NIN style photo, NIN style typography .. and possibly even Trent's jacket? lol Anyway.. I'm excited... OFF TOPIC but quickly: Anyone know what she was performing on? I've seen that equipment before but I don't know what it's called.. I love the effect produced though..

Well, NIN and Reznor is much more known worldwide that Mariqueen, and all her past bands. So this is why I am saying that he is helping her. If Reznor also appears in the band, it means that they combine their effort into a new name, and it could be great. If he doesn't appear, then yes, he is helping her. Anyway, I think that a female voice over some industrial stuff would sound great! So don't take this "helping" I've mentioned as a bad thing, I think it is a great thing! Edited 1 time(s). I'm also loving the amount of speculation on the Facebook page for How To Destroy Angels and the amount of people saying Trent is ripping off Coil, my favourite being "He was friends with Coil and was suspoed to put out an album on Nothing but It never hapened...way to rip off your friends!" Yeh I'am absolutley sure Trent is ripping off Coil here rolls eyes But overall I'am very excited about this little project Trent has going on.

Broken / Fixed .. etc At any rate, the man himself said there would be more Ghosts, so unless he changed his mind, there's no reason not to expect more in the future.. With him not touring, that gives him back a ton of time.. And his studio is sort of like his work bench where he can go tinker at any time. I still wouldn't be surprised if we got the occasional release that was a single song just because he put something together that he wanted to share. Edited 1 time(s). But my prediction is more videos showing faces and then one's gonna show Trent. ps at first it got me wondering cuz the camera first shows the guy's hands and you see a ring on the ring finger on the left hand, like a wedding ring, so i'm guessing it's prolly a teaser for suspicion of TR.

An EP of How To Destroy Angels, a new collab band Between Trent and his wife. Also, new NIN material, but we dont have any idea what that will be yet. so, atleast for now, I am satisfied with our findings.
