i totally agree with those that don't like HTDA and wish to express there disappointment .
You should have the right to say what you think of TR's new project as he has linked it to this site.
But hey i remember when ghosts came out, there was a shit load of critisism for that project as well.
so........
And see, there's nothing wrong with saying you don't like something. Just don't be rude and disrespectful about it.
Exactly...... It's going to be hard to find something everyone likes anyway and it doesn't matter what it is, people are different when they detail likes and dislikes.
I was thinking that since Trent is doing this as a Nine Inch Nail alternative, a direction that's more song focused and less focused on the entire album's relation to itself would be a good direction to take the project. I mean going by the band name of course but making the songs separate entities as distinct as possible makes sense, especially as an alternative to Nine Inch Nails. I'm about to get philosophical here, but I think it's an important point. Angels are separate entities, so it would make sense to characterize songs as much as possible, instead of making an album that leaks into the next song, and instead each song represents a different entity. So making distinct personalities, everything can come into play with the music. Different styles, different instruments, different tones, different directions for vocal, whatever fits the song best to get it's entity across. In my mind that's how it seems it would fit together.
