Yeah, that's the most touching and beautiful version of non-entity in existance.
When I first heard that version I was floored, it was one of the most powerful NIN songs ever.

Don't drop it off yet, If it were the live "rock" version, then yes, I can see getting rid of it, as that is far more inferior than the React Now version.

Anyway, Demon seed is NOT the answer, it's my top 5 song on this list.

Yes, the mix elections compared all the various remixes of songs vs the album mixes and, generally, the album mix was the most popular. So if it says Closer (album) then we're talking the original version as heard on The Downward Spiral.

Closer may want to fuck you like an animal, but right now it's the one that is fucked. Probably the most blatant chorus to ever make the top 10, but it barely made our top 30. (it's #29)
