You're kidding yourself if you don't think they at least had a fling. Anybody who's heard Past The Mission could tell you the sensuality practically drips out of the speakers. And Tori is the only woman Trent has ever really collaborated with, even in the days of The Downward Spiral when most people thought he was just some angry, suicidal guy. That duet is so different than what he was doing at the time -"I smell the roses" - and yet he did it.
Listen to this interview Trent did. It's from 1995 I think. At about 1:25 he's asked about Tori. If the way he says "we hooked up and, uh...*gulp*" doesn't tell you at least something happened, then nothing will.

There's so many conspiracy theory related things I could point out right now.

Like the similarities between the artwork for Pele, the video for The Perfect Drug, and the video for Spark. Or the similarities between Jackie's Strength and The Fragile. Or Big Man With A Gun and Me And A Gun. Starfuckers most likely got it's name from Professional Widow. Unless Trent also just happened to listen to that Rolling Stones song from the seventies and decide to use it to describe groupies a few years after Tori did. There's also the extreme lyrical similarities between Lights In The Sky and Amber Waves.
However, besides Starfuckers and BMWAG, all of the above is pure speculation. (I really believe BMWAG was inspired by MAAG. Watch the video above and you'll see what I mean.) I guess it's just fun to speculate.
