So you can imagine what I thought when I read in Wikipedia about the Broken Movie. I can't believe why someone wants to do such a disgusting movie or even watch it?! I really enjoyed listening to NIN so far, but this makes it kind of hard since I'm starting to think Trent is insane... So why am I writing it? It also touches certain nerves that leaves you blank and shocked...The brutality of the video left me expression-less, but there is a certain ammount of logic in Broken its not just a pointless video with barberic violence either.. I would deffinantly not reccomend it to the faint harted however.

The video is definitely messed up, I swear I heard my mind snap. The music is awesome though

Here we are 16 years after the release of that tape still discussing it. I think it did it's job extremely well.

It didn't disgust or frighten me in the slightest and I've watched it probably five times as well. When he takes out the heart and eats it I was like "AWESOME!", does that make me wrong in any way?

I think that it was meant to be disturbing. After watching it for the first time. I just sat there for a while trying to wrap my brain around what I had just saw...I like things that make me think. Seeing some whores in the TV who would do everything for some cash is the one thing, but torture is the other thing. But as I already mentioned, I didn't watch one of them so wait for a comment from a qualified person^^
