Wow, all I'm gonna say is thank you Trent, and everyone involved with the band. You made me think twice a little bit about what defined a great concert experience. I thought the Radiohead show I attended was pure infusion of lights, sound, and atmosphere, but I was dead wrong after witnessing the LITS tour. Not to say that Radiohead put on a great show and being my favorite band next to NIN, but dammit with the production and skill put into the tour it just blew it out of the water. Sans different set-lists each show, but alas I was happy.
This may not mean the end of NIn as we know it, just them going into hibernation after a long battle with bullshit record companies like Interscope. I tip my hat off to you Trent and crew. The people (all of which have not listened to the entire NIN catalog) I brought to each of the shows I saw during this tour were blown away as I was. I thank you with utter gratitude and I hope one day that when I'm out of Journalism school at Mizzou that I will get to sit down with you and interview you about the life and times of NIN and where you stand now.
A DVD may or may not be coming, but I think its just something that needs to be seen with the naked eye in person...kinda like a Pink Floyd show sorta speak.
Here's to you Trent resting and enjoying the months that you missed out on because of how you put your heart and soul into this tour. We all love you with our hearts.
