Thank you for answering my question/comment. I did see the intensity in his eyes but you also see some thought process while he's playing especially in this youtube video when he was playing with some other band called Slam Bamboo on keyboards. He seems like the odd man out in it do to his look (he's behind a curtain) but its like he's seeing what would work and what won't with the music.

aaaww! That makes a song good, when you know what it's about without knowing the lyrics

That holds true for his instrumentals also. That is what i feel about La Mer and all of the songs on Still.
