Joined: 12/17/07 Posts: 360	don't remember if i've posted here yet...oh well. i love every song (i don't consider corona radiata a song...more like an abortion or something like that) but it wasn't always that way. the first time i listened to the downward spiral i thought it was boring (and the next 2 times as well...thank God march of the pigs kept me coming back) eventually (after listening to PHM and Broken) i started to like this album and it is now one of my all time favorites. imagine that...TDS boring? now i'd kick somebody in the face for saying something like that.

I just don't like Corona Radiata, The Greater Good, or Ripe [with decay] much but that's only three out of something like a hundred tracks (and countless remixes!).

Yeah, NIN music is diverse and that's why I love it. Trent is always changing things up and keeping stuff interesting. I would love his music anyway even if it stayed the same though.

DOCTOR! member professional doodler Joined: 08/17/08 Location: dc Posts: 297	i dislike the slip but i bought it anyways (damn you trent and your package numbering!) i only like lights in the sky, corona radiata. quite frankly i felt like the album was a product rather than a masterpiece. i don't think its terrible but like it doesn't have the sincerity and intensity i think the other albums have. as for the rest of nin's discography- i don't think there are songs i dislike, just songs that aren't as outstanding. but overall as albums, they're great.

Darn, I love The Slip. How many times have you heard the whole album? Sometimes It takes a while for It to grow on you.

I guess that's what happens when a 15 year old gets hold of an album they can't understand. Either way, I can't say I hate any of Trent Reznor's work or anything he helped work on. I just think you have to work on it if you don't immediately like it. ....and COME ON!! piggy is amazing

For example, a couple of moths ago I never put special attention to "Getting Smaller" and I didn't like it very much, but today I love it. I bet that all of those who wrote "I hate X song", either loved it that much that today they can't stand it or they will love it but they will never accept that.
