This is just devastating news that I cannot comprehend. We are your devoted fans through the years and will always stand by your side. Im so sad to see this is happening. Your songs/lyrics/music has been something that I have fell in love with, and has got me through alot in life. Im sure the other fans feel the same way too. I wish you the best and hope like Whitenoise said, that hopefully this is just for a few years or so. I hope its not forever. Well, this is just "hiatus"... and as a fan I'll be back once the industrial machine starts chugging along again. In the meantime, NIN introduced me to a bunch of great, young, active bands to follow in the meantime (BORIS? A Place to Bury Strangers? The Bug? Deer Hunter? Crystal Castles?) Well, thanks for the music, and hopefully inspiring the next generation of musicians to pick up where you left off.

Janes Addiction + NIN = Good Stuff... exciting to see that's for sure. also a while does not mean forever, let's face it TR's been touring for almost 4 years now with 6-9 month breaks in between, I think it's normal for regular human beings to take a break or vacation, especially after quite a few years of hard work.
