Nitrous member Joined: 01/11/09 Location: WI Posts: 378	I seriously didn't know this until I looked at the lyrics the other day (and pray I didn't sing it like this when I saw NIN in May!), but for some reason I always heard "Tuck me in, and turn me on" instead of "Plug me in, and turn me on" in Metal. It made sense, in a weird, perverse way....

That's what I get for not reading the song list... There's many others but I can't think of them off hand. Those two are my favourites.

I misheard a lot in "the Becoming" I a thought it was "I beat the machine" when it's "I beat my machine" and a few others, "all pain disappears" I thought was "All faith disappears" The Fist Fuck part of WIsh always confused me because he talked so fast, I always just thought he was like "asdhf;asjdfl;askjdfasdfjk FIST FUCK!" In wish as well I thought it was "Put my thing in god, trust in you" xDDDD

I have probably listened to TDS more than any other album but I've never studied my booklet. I knew that I didn't know the lyrics, but it's always sounded like "favorite winter stars" to me. Time to review that god-damned booklet.

I forgot what song it was,it was a really old one, but he changed the lyrics around. they still had the same meledy but a few of the verses had different lyrics. Anyone know what I'm talking about??? A 'lil help please... And what does that one sample say from Pretty Hate Machine...I'm sure alot of users here know which one,,the one where your can barely here a guy saying "this is the hardest thing I've ever had to something-something-something....btw what movie is it from? The two don't really sound all that much alike, but every time I hear it I can't help but think of that.
