The one hitch of no Mansfield is that I was already pursuing getting (press?) passes. "I don't need to meet the band, I just need a reason to be at the venue by 2 pm so I can get any of the quick-exit parking." The radiohead show took AT LEAST 6 hours last year, 2+ to get in (and we missed the first 3 songs of their set!), 1.5 hours of concert, and... 2+ before we could even move the car. The driver vowed to never, ever go to that venue again. I'd do it... for NIN... but, honestly, I'd sooner drive out to SPAC, or some other really nice summer venue. Considering the traffic, it might end up taking less time anyway. <3 cThules
