Well, maybe not ask him directly, but the top dugg questions will be asked to Trent by Kevin Rose!

Check it out: [digg.com]

Although it seems like 2 or 3 other people posted this as well the actual link to submit the questions seems to be:

[digg.com]

03/30/09 12:15 PM

99.9% of the questions will be asking him what he's going to do after he retires. I wanna know when's the last time he went to Wal-mart.

Digg founder Kevin Rose is interviewing Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails (NIN) and will pose the most popular questions as submitted and voted upon by you! From now until April 4th at 12:00pm PDT, you can submit and Digg up questions to decide which will be asked.

Trent Reznor is a musician, singer-songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and founder of the band NIN. Since departing from Interscope Records, Reznor has released albums independently under a Creative Commons license, utilizing technologies such as BitTorrent to promote the sharing of his music. Well, I have dial-up..so it won't let me ask a question because it simply will not load. Anyone want to ask it for me? It's just what is on everyone's mind...

"You said that you are taking a break from NIN, that being said, is this upcoming tour really somewhat of an offical farewell tour? Any plans after this tour?

Cheers!"

if you could ask on my behalf..that would be cool! Though, I am sure someone or many will ask that one.

thanks!

I asked if he had any favorite visual artists.....but there's quite the swarm of questions being posted so it along with many others are about to be lost in the growing abyss of 700+ questions

03/30/09 1:22 PM

All it is is a popularity contest, Kevin is even getting top diggs, so not worth it! Specially seeing question like lobster or crab getting + diggs and good questions being ignored or given - diggs...

I wish those who try good luck...

this just my 0.02 cents nothing more... so do not flam this just my opinion, thank you.

Ok, so I know I'm not the only person who requested Trent for a Dialogg, but either way, I feel proud that my suggestion counted for something!

These days it is getting harder and harder to remain original without sounding like someone else at least from what I have heard. Many acts abuse the way they are influenced from another and take it to the point of becoming a complete carbon copy. There rarely seems to be a strong enough division of emulation between having influence and inspiration and having a piece of tracing paper handy. How is it that throughout your whole career you have not ceased to remain the sharpest and wildest crayon in the box with the immense ideas you always present to us and have not come across as dull and washed up like some other artists that we all are very aware of?

This was my question, though of course it is already on it's way to the depths of hell while the most uneducated and ridiculous questions are brought to everyone's attention through ignorant diggs.

We wonder why shitty pop acts grace the charts of the mainstream world, it's because it's full of gullible shit heads. Oh well it was worth a shot, you really can't tell me i didn't provide a solid question when compared to most of the crap gracing that cesspool.

Appreciated and I'm not bias toward my own question either as i am sure others are lol (noticeably). There have been a couple when sifting through that i found appropriate so at least we're not all completely dense.

If there were 20 questions to be answered i do wish and hope mine is up there along with 19 other brilliant questions from my nin brethren here.

Hey, I need diggs. tongue sticking out smiley Here is the link to my question, I'm sure many of you are curious of this too. [digg.com]

"Hi Trent. A while ago, you mentioned in an interview that there may be a sequel album to Year Zero somewhere down the line. Year Zero is my favourite album, it is absolutely brilliant and I love it. So I was wondering, since it has been a while since a sequel album was even mentioned, could you tell us if there is still a possibility of a Year Zero follow up? If you get to this question, thanks for taking the time out to answer it."

Thanks to those who digg it!

Here's my digg if you wanna add me & find my questions and not bury them in cement - [digg.com] I'll check out yours! C'mon, digg me for being in... this camp! smiling smiley

I refuse to sign up for a digg account because i think Kevin Rose is a moron, so can someone vote for the ItsJustDave question about Live Torrents for me?

I so wish they'd let Patrick Norton do the interview.

03/30/09 8:08 PM

Apparently, people seem to have either no sense of humor, or are voting questions down to bring theirs up.
And there are just too many repetitive questions now. I'm out of this.
